TF Speed - Science Based Speed & Agility Training

TF SPEED is our science-driven speed and agility program designed to improve how athletes apply, absorb, and redirect force.

Rather than relying on conditioning or sport-specific drills, TF SPEED focuses on the underlying mechanics of speed: acceleration efficiency, braking control, change of direction, and elastic lower-leg explosiveness. Every session follows a structured, timed format and is coached with precision to ensure athletes move better before they move faster.

The program is built on proven principles of biomechanics and performance science, using measurable metrics to guide progression and manage training exposure. This allows athletes of all ages to develop speed safely, efficiently, and consistently—without sacrificing movement quality or durability.

TF SPEED is not about doing more.
It’s about doing it right.

Acceleration is the foundation of athletic speed. TF SPEED trains athletes to produce force efficiently and in the correct direction, allowing them to get faster without wasted motion.

Through structured acceleration mechanics, elastic lower-leg training, and progressive sprint exposure, athletes learn how to apply force into the ground to create powerful first steps and explosive movement. Emphasis is placed on posture, body angles, and ground contact quality to ensure speed gains translate cleanly to real athletic movement.

The result is faster starts, improved explosiveness, and greater confidence in high-intensity movement.

Training focuses on force absorption, body positioning, and directional control at varying speeds. Athletes develop the ability to stop, cut, and change direction without loss of balance or unnecessary stress on the joints.

By improving how force is managed during deceleration and redirection, athletes move with greater efficiency, control, and confidence in dynamic environments.

TF SPEED uses objective performance data to guide how athletes progress through training. Rather than relying on guesswork or generalized timelines, progression is earned through measurable improvements in movement quality, speed, and consistency.

Metrics such as short-distance sprint performance, change-of-direction efficiency, and symmetry are monitored to inform training exposure and intensity. This allows coaches to adjust volume, progressions, and drill complexity based on how an athlete is actually moving.

By grounding progression in data, TF SPEED ensures athletes develop speed safely, consistently, and at the right pace for long-term performance.
