The Facility hosts nationally oriented showcase and recruiting events designed to help players move forward in the college recruiting process.
Events are run by our internal scouting and recruiting staff, with college scouts and recruiters on site throughout the evaluation. Athletes work directly with experienced instructors and professional players and receive individual attention and guidance during the event.
Players and families have access to direct 1-on-1 interaction with our recruiters and scouts, allowing for honest feedback, clear expectations, and insight into where a player fits and what steps come next. Each event is structured, organized, and run with purpose—so athletes are evaluated within context and families leave with clarity.
Event details and registration information are shared as showcases are scheduled.

Our scouting and recruiting team is made up of experienced evaluators who are actively connected to the college baseball world. They understand what college programs are looking for at each level and how the recruiting process actually works.
Players receive honest, individualized evaluations based on ability, development, and long-term potential—not hype or rankings. Families are given clear feedback and guidance so they understand where a player realistically fits and what steps to take next.
Through direct 1-on-1 relationships, our recruiters work with players to help them navigate recruiting with confidence—answering questions, setting expectations, and providing direction throughout the process. The goal is simple: position players correctly, support their development, and help families make informed decisions as opportunities arise.

At The Facility, our professional trainers and scouting staff work together to prepare athletes for the demands of evaluation and recruiting environments. Training is aligned with what scouts look for—mechanics, consistency, competitiveness, and readiness—so athletes are not just seen, but prepared.
Our coaches focus on developing repeatable movement patterns, physical durability, and game-ready habits, while our scouts provide insight into current college standards and expectations. This collaboration ensures athletes are training with purpose, understanding why certain adjustments matter and how they translate in recruiting settings.
The result is a cohesive process where development, preparation, and evaluation are connected—giving players confidence, clarity, and a realistic path forward when opportunity presents itself.
